CTG Nutritional Training Sessions will NOW be offered as an ADD-ON with 3v3 sessions!
If you are serious about energy levels and how you feel on and off the court, learning about the foundations of nutrition is crucial to your performance. Not only does nutrition help our bodies look and perform better, it drastically changes the way our brain functions and thinks. 95% of serotonin is found in the gut… Gut health is SO much more important than most think for your MIND!
We can scientifically eat certain foods that make us happier! The way you see the world, how you feel, and your levels of well-being are all dramatically dependant on your education of nutritional training. For only $10 a session for 4 sessions, Coach Jack thinks it would be silly not to take this offer.
Nutritional Training Add-On Curriculum: Each session is all for ONLY $10…
Foundation: The foundations of nutrition and how it affects the body AND mind.
Basketball Specific: Learning specific basketball strategies to improve performance/ endurance on the court is specific to how basketball players play. Each sport requires different foods to focus on to be supplementing the body.
Psychological: Learning more deeply about what nutrition affects the mind and how. Also learning how to balance temptations and knowing when it’s right to be strict about your foods and when it’s not. There is a time in place to NOT follow the right foods. Having a strict diet isn’t always the healthiest thing to do.
Sleep and Consumption: Consumption equals production. Learning about how important sleep is in perfecting performance along with how it affects the mind at all ages. Not only sleep but any consumption. Learning about how TV, video games, and other forms of consumption aren’t trying to deter kids from playing, only letting them know the risks and benefits. It is very important for them to know when it’s right to consume certain things vs not.
Dates: These will be hosted on Tuesday nights throughout the summer paired with mental training sessions on Monday nights. As always, these will all be recorded and NOT released to the public. So you don’t have to worry if you miss a day.
